What are the documents required for Court Marriage?

  • Four passport size photographs of the groom and bride
  • In case, if any of the marrying candidates is a widow, it is necessary to submit the death certificate of the deceased spouse
  • If one of the party is a foreigner or having a foreign passport or having a residential address in a foreign land, he/she need to submit the certificate of the present marital status, NOC from the concerned Embassy, impediment certificate, and a valid VISA.
